Seasonal Pictures To Freshen Up Your Listing

This Wheaton home was originally photographed with my Phantom 4 Pro Drone in July, the home still has not sold.Come February the realtor called me out to do an exterior seasonal refresher.

If you have a listing that has been on the market since fall now is a great time to get some new exterior photos. Listings with seasonal photographs will get more views because the recent picture sub-consciously informs the consumer that it is a new listing, viewer are more likely to click on new listings. (my theory anyways)
