What to do when you have an empty listing?
That is not the best way to show off your listing, The potential buyer needs to be able to imagine themselves living there. You have a couple of options Staging or Virtual Staging. Staging is when you hire a company to bring furniture and decorations into your listing, this could cost thousands of dollars, or you could do Virtual Staging, this is wh ere furniture is virtually added to your photographs and this could be done for just small fraction of the prices of staging.
