Here is a home in La Grange, IL that we virtually staged this week for a client. In some homes it works well. This is a small home and its empty, except for a few small items like the window treatments that we incorporated into the staging. I think it gives this particular home a more homey feel. Virtual Staging is an inexpensive way to stage your home and still get much of the same impact. With virtually staged images your listing will get more views resulting in more in-home visits. Just make sure when putting them on your local MLS you check with their rules regarding them. Most of them require you tag them as such.
