In the summer months when we are at a lack of precipitation the lawns can start to look brown and spotty, not the ideal way to list your property. We always include virtual lawn alterations upon request. A green and healthy lawn will be much more visually appealing to the buyer. Please just let us know your preference on how much virtual enhancement you prefer. Some prefer a little and some a lot.
